Frequently asked questions about the Photo Booth service:
Do you travel to the entire island of Mallorca?
Yes, we provide service in all the premises, restaurants and estates in Mallorca, without travel costs.
Do you have any travel costs?
Normally we do not charge for travel. Except in certain cases where the client requests, in addition to an hourly service, that the installation be carried out at another time of the day, having to reserve the equipment for the entire day and making an extra trip for the assembly. In these cases, depending on the location of the event, there could be an extra cost for travel. If this is your case, you can ask us about this matter.
Are the prices of the wedding package the same for all photo booth models?
Yes, all photo booth models have the same cost, regardless of the installation chosen, except for 360 photo booths, which usually have another rate.
Do all photo booth models include backgrounds?
No, we only have backgrounds for photocall photo booth machines. The booths and mirrors cannot use these backgrounds, except in very specific cases, since the backgrounds are not designed for these machines. If you want a background with the booths or mirrors, ask us about the possible options.
Do the photocall backgrounds have any cost?
No. Clients who decide on the photocall photo booth model can choose a background from those we have available, at no additional cost.
Does the installation time count against the hours of service?
No. We always install the photo booths before the start of the hours of service and it does not count against the contracted hours.
Will I be able to have all the photos from the event?
Yes. At the end of the event we save all the digital photos on a pendrive that we give to the client.
How do adhesive magnets work?
On the side table, next to the guest book, we have a box with the adhesive magnets so that any guest at the event can stick them on.
Can I have a logo that I already have from my wedding or event on the photo booth prints?
Yes. The photo booth prints are 100% customizable and we can insert any logo or image that you have into the design.
Can the 360º videos be personalized?
Yes, the 360 videos can be personalized with text, logo, frames or superimposed images and with music.
